The Carrollton Party Bus Company Built for Your Trip
Carrollton sits at the crossroads of I-35E, the Sam Rayburn Tollway (SH-121), and the Dallas North Tollway — three of the busiest commuter corridors in North Texas. That geography is a plus on ordinary days and an absolute nightmare on game days, concert nights, and festival weekends. When the Cowboys are playing at AT&T Stadium in Arlington or the Stars are at American Airlines Center in Dallas, every one of those highways turns into a parking lot between 5 and 8 PM.
Party Bus Carrollton exists to get your group through that gridlock in one vehicle, on one flat rate, without anyone drawing straws for who stays sober.
Since 2011, we have coordinated group transportation for every kind of occasion out of Carrollton and the surrounding communities — corporate employee shuttles between Legacy West in Plano and downtown Dallas office towers, prom night runs from campuses in the Lewisville ISD and Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD, airport transfers to DFW and Love Field for youth sports teams and travel groups, and wedding guest shuttles between Old Farmers Branch venues and hotels along I-635. Our 24/7 reservation team is always one call away, and our online tool gives you an all-inclusive price in under 30 seconds — no hidden costs, no surprises. Call 214-919-0138 any time to get started.

Why Book Your Carrollton Party Bus With Us?
Carrollton is a suburb with a real transportation challenge: to get anywhere worth going, your group has to cross at least one of the busiest interchanges in Texas. The I-35E and I-635 split near Josey Lane backs up by 4:30 PM on any weekday. The DNT through Addison and into Dallas proper turns into a crawl the moment there is any event at Klyde Warren Park or the Perot Museum.
Figuring out how to move a group of 20, 30, or 50 people through that without a single vehicle doing multiple trips is the real challenge — and it is what we solve.
When you book with Party Bus Carrollton, you get exact pricing before you commit, a vehicle matched to your actual headcount so you are never paying for empty seats, and a reservation team available around the clock every day of the year. We have coordinated prom nights for CFBISD and LISD schools, airport transfers for entire travel volleyball rosters flying out of DFW, fan buses to American Airlines Center on Stars playoff nights, and wedding guest shuttles between Old Farmers Branch event spaces and hotels along LBJ Freeway. That hands-on experience with Carrollton's actual roads and timing is what keeps groups running on schedule — not just the promise of a nice bus.
Call 214-919-0138 to put it to work for your group.

Carrollton Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Getting a group in or out of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) (2400 Aviation Dr, DFW Airport, TX 75261) without the curbside chaos takes a plan. DFW is one of the largest airports in the world, and the ground-transportation setup across Terminals A through E means groups on separate rideshares frequently end up at different terminals. Charter bus and minibus pickups at DFW use the commercial vehicle lanes on the upper departures level at each terminal — have your group coordinator call our team once everyone has cleared baggage claim and gathered at the agreed-upon terminal door, then the bus moves from its holding position to your curb.
We also serve Dallas Love Field (DAL) (8008 Herb Kelleher Way, Dallas, TX 75235) for groups flying Southwest, which is a straight shot south on the DNT from Carrollton — typically 25 minutes without traffic. For groups connecting to a cruise from Galveston or heading to a retreat in the Hill Country, our 56-passenger charter buses handle the long haul with undercarriage bays that hold every bag in the group. Call 214-919-0138 to book your Carrollton airport shuttle today.

Carrollton Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Dallas has one of the best nightlife corridors in the South, and Carrollton groups going out rarely stay in Carrollton. The usual itinerary runs south on the DNT to Uptown Dallas — McKinney Avenue, Knox-Henderson, or Lower Greenville — where bars and rooftop patios stay packed until 2 AM, and parking along those blocks is metered, expensive, and legitimately gone by 9 PM on a Friday. Then there is the cab-back problem: getting 20 people out of Uptown at closing time via rideshare means 20 different wait times and at least four different vehicles.
Our Carrollton party bus rental solves every piece of that. A 25-passenger party bus picks your group up at a single Carrollton address, hits whatever combination of Uptown bars, Deep Ellum clubs, or Bishop Arts cocktail lounges your group has planned, and brings everyone home on the same vehicle. The onboard bar, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound system mean the party starts on Josey Lane, not when you finally find parking on McKinney.
No one draws straws. Call 214-919-0138 to plan your night.

Carrollton Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Carrollton has one of the most vibrant Hispanic communities in North Texas, and quinceañera celebrations here run big — banquet halls in Farmers Branch and Addison, family gatherings that fill a venue, and an entrance that deserves something more memorable than a carpool. A party bus arrival at the reception is exactly that entrance. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses are ready for custom color schemes, pre-loaded playlists, and the kind of lighting that makes the guest of honor's walk to the door unforgettable.
Popular Carrollton-area venues for quinceañeras and Sweet 16s include Adolphus Hotel in downtown Dallas, banquet halls along Belt Line Road in Addison, and event spaces in Farmers Branch. For adult milestone birthdays, a party bus crawl through Deep Ellum or a dinner run to Legacy West in Plano keeps the whole group together for one flat rate. You tell us the stops; we plan the route.
Call 214-919-0138 any time to start building your Carrollton birthday party bus experience.

Carrollton Concert Transportation & Shuttles
North Texas has no shortage of major concert venues, and every one of them becomes a parking nightmare the moment a stadium-level tour rolls through. AT&T Stadium (1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011) seats over 80,000 and sits 30 miles southwest of Carrollton via SH-183 — a highway that can run 70 mph on a Sunday morning and 15 mph on a concert night. Dos Equis Pavilion (1818 1st Ave, Dallas, TX 75210) in Fair Park draws 20,000-seat shows with parking limited to the Fair Park lots, where post-show exits take 45 minutes or longer.
Dickies Arena (1911 Montgomery St, Fort Worth, TX 76107) hosts touring artists year-round, and the West 7th Street corridor around it gridlocks before doors open.
A Carrollton concert bus rental drops your group at the venue entrance and picks everyone up when the encore ends — no designated driver, no surge pricing, no scattered rideshares in the parking lot. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses keep the energy going all the way from Carrollton with LED lighting, a built-in bar, and Bluetooth sound from the first pickup to the last song. Call 214-919-0138 now!

Carrollton Corporate Event Transportation
Carrollton's corporate community spans the Valwood Industrial Park on the south end of town to the tech and financial campuses along the Dallas North Tollway corridor heading north. Moving employees or clients between Carrollton offices and meeting venues in Legacy West (Plano), the Arts District in Dallas, or the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center (650 S Griffin St, Dallas, TX 75202) means navigating the DNT and I-635 at some of the worst traffic windows of the day.
A minibus or charter bus handles the route while your team uses the travel time — WiFi and power outlets keep laptops running on the 25-minute ride down the DNT from Carrollton to downtown Dallas, and nobody arrives frazzled from hunting for a parking spot in the Griffin Street garage. For NTEA The Work Truck Show or large corporate conferences at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, a dedicated shuttle loop between Carrollton-area hotel blocks and the convention center keeps your entire delegation together and on schedule. Call 214-919-0138 for corporate group rates.

Carrollton Private Event Transportation Services
The DFW Metroplex hosts some of the biggest annual events in Texas, and Carrollton groups heading to them face the same logistics problem every time: too many cars, too few parking spots, and an I-35E entrance ramp that backs up for a mile before anyone even reaches the venue. The State Fair of Texas at Fair Park (3921 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Dallas, TX 75210) runs from late September through mid-October and draws over two million visitors — Fair Park's parking lots fill by noon on weekends, and the DART rail alternative means a transfer at the Pearl/Arts District station. A charter bus takes your group straight to the auto gate, parks in the oversized vehicle lot, and picks everyone up at an agreed-upon exit time.
For family reunions, church retreats, or large group outings to Hawaiian Falls Waterpark in Garland or the Perot Museum of Nature and Science (2201 N Field St, Dallas, TX 75201), a private bus rental in Carrollton keeps your entire group together without juggling a five-car convoy through downtown surface streets. One bus, one rate, one pickup. Call 214-919-0138 and we will build the plan.

Carrollton Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in the DFW Metroplex runs from late April through the end of May, and demand for party buses across Dallas, Denton, and Collin County spikes all at once. Lewisville ISD and Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD schools hold proms at venues including The Westin Galleria Dallas and hotel ballrooms along LBJ Freeway — and every school in a 30-mile radius is competing for the same vehicle supply during that same six-week window. For prom: book by January or expect limited availability and premium rates.
A typical 6-hour prom rental for 25 students — school pickup, photo stop at the Arboretum or Klyde Warren Park, venue drop-off, and after-party return — runs $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked 4–6 months out but $2,800–$3,400+ last-minute. Parent committees booking early lock in the best vehicle and the best rate. We work with CFBISD and LISD groups across Carrollton, Lewisville, and Farmers Branch every spring.
Call 214-919-0138 today to secure your date before the calendar fills.

Carrollton School Event & Field Trip Transportation
School field trips out of Carrollton and Farmers Branch ISD schools most often head to the Perot Museum of Nature and Science (2201 N Field St, Dallas, TX 75201), the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden (8525 Garland Rd, Dallas, TX 75218), or the Dallas Museum of Art (1717 N Harwood St, Dallas, TX 75201) in the Arts District. All three sit inside Dallas proper, where school bus parking is limited and downtown traffic around Commerce Street and Harwood Street gets heavy by mid-morning.
Charter buses in our network carry students in climate-controlled comfort with overhead storage for backpacks and lunch coolers, TV monitors for educational content or movies on longer drives, and onboard restrooms on full-size vehicles — so the group does not need a roadside stop on the way to Garland Road. For student-athlete travel, undercarriage bays handle equipment bags and uniform cases without cramming them into the aisle. ADA-accessible buses are always available with advance notice.
We work with school administrators and parent chaperones to confirm pickup windows, headcounts, and return timing. Call 214-919-0138 for Carrollton school field trip bus rentals.

Carrollton Sporting Event Transportation
Carrollton sports fans deal with a consistent reality: every major DFW venue is at least 20 miles away, and each one sits on a highway that congests for hours around game time. Cowboys and FC Dallas games at AT&T Stadium (1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011) mean 30 miles on SH-183 or I-30 — two of the most backed-up westbound corridors in the Metroplex on game nights. Dallas Stars and Mavericks games at American Airlines Center (2500 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX 75219) put your group on the DNT into Victory Park, where the arena parking garage charges $30+ and fills within two hours of doors opening.
Rangers games at Globe Life Field (734 Stadium Dr, Arlington, TX 76011) in summer heat mean arriving early or spending the first inning stuck in a parking lot backup on I-20.
A Carrollton charter bus rental changes all of that: one vehicle, one parking arrangement, and the group arrives together with energy left for the game. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses come with a built-in bar and sound system to start the tailgate on the way. Call 214-919-0138 before the season fills the calendar.

Carrollton Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Carrollton and the Farmers Branch area have become a go-to wedding market for the northern DFW corridor, with venues like Brookhaven Country Club (3333 Golfing Green Dr, Farmers Branch, TX 75234) and event spaces along Marsh Lane hosting weekend ceremonies year-round. The guest coordination problem is the same at all of them: out-of-town attendees staying along I-635 or LBJ Freeway need a ride to the venue, and nobody wants to manage that in formalwear at 5 PM on a Saturday when Belt Line Road is backed up toward Addison.
A wedding minibus or charter bus shuttle runs a clean loop from your hotel to the ceremony venue and back — no guests circling the Brookhaven parking lot, no bridesmaids navigating one-way sections of Marsh Lane in heels, no one calling an Uber at 11 PM with a 30-minute wait. We work out clear pickup windows and staged departures so your wedding timeline stays tight from the rehearsal dinner through the last guest's return to the hotel. For the bachelorette party the night before, our party buses handle the Uptown Dallas run as well.
Call 214-919-0138 for a free Carrollton wedding transportation quote.

Carrollton Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The DFW area's craft brewery and winery scene has grown enormously over the past decade, and Carrollton's position between Denton County wine country to the north and Dallas's Deep Ellum brewery district to the south makes it an ideal base for a tasting tour. Lone Star Wine Cellars (Grapevine) and Cross Timbers Winery (Grapevine) sit about 20 miles west along SH-121, and the Grapevine Main Street wine trail is walkable once your group arrives. To the south, Community Beer Co. (1530 Inspiration Dr, Dallas, TX 75207), Peticolas Brewing Company (2026 Farrington St, Dallas, TX 75207), and Deep Ellum Brewing Co. (2823 St Louis St, Dallas, TX 75226) form a tight cluster in the Design District and Deep Ellum that a bus can loop in an evening.
Your group stays together in a comfortable Carrollton party bus rental from the first pour to the last call — no splitting into separate cars, no hunting for parking at every brewery, and no one stuck being the sober one. Call 214-919-0138 for a free quote on your Carrollton winery tour bus rental!

Frequently Asked Questions About our Carrollton Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in Carrollton, Texas?
Carrollton party bus rental prices vary by vehicle size, date, and how long you need the bus. As a guide: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Weekend dates, prom season (April–May), and major DFW event weekends push rates toward the higher end.
The fastest way to get an exact number is to call 214-919-0138 — we give you an all-inclusive quote in under 30 seconds with no hidden costs.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Carrollton?
We recommend booking at least three to six months ahead for the best vehicle selection and pricing. Carrollton sits in one of the most competitive bus rental markets in Texas — DFW-wide demand spikes all at once during prom season (April–May), Cowboys home openers (September), the State Fair of Texas (late September through mid-October), and New Year's Eve. Waiting until the last few weeks typically means higher rates or limited availability on your preferred vehicle size.
Call 214-919-0138 as soon as your date is confirmed to lock in your spot.
Can a party bus pick up at multiple addresses in Carrollton?
Yes — and that is one of the most common requests we handle. If your group is spread across apartments off Hebron Parkway, a hotel near I-35E, and a home in Farmers Branch, we build a multi-stop pickup route into your itinerary at no extra complexity to you. Just give us the addresses and headcount at each stop when you call or use the online tool, and we will route the bus efficiently so nobody waits long.
Call 214-919-0138 to map it out.
Does the bus stay with us all night, or just drop us off and pick us up later?
Both options work, and which makes sense depends on your itinerary. If your group is stationary at one venue — a wedding reception at Brookhaven Country Club, a concert at Dos Equis Pavilion, a game at AT&T Stadium — the bus can wait nearby and return at a pre-arranged time, which is usually the most efficient arrangement. If you are doing a multi-stop night through Uptown Dallas or a winery tour in Grapevine, the bus travels with your group between each stop.
We build the plan around what you are doing. Call 214-919-0138 and we will sort out the best approach for your specific night.
What is the best bus size for a group heading to AT&T Stadium from Carrollton?
For most fan groups in the 20–40 person range, a 25- to 35-passenger minibus or a mid-size party bus handles the 30-mile run to Arlington comfortably with room for coolers and tailgate supplies in the overhead compartments. Groups of 40 or more are better served by a 56-passenger charter bus with undercarriage bays that hold grills, folding tables, and gear without cramping the cabin. Both vehicle sizes qualify for the oversized vehicle lots on the north end of the AT&T Stadium campus.
Call 214-919-0138 and tell us your headcount — we will match you to the right vehicle right away.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Carrollton events, three to six months ahead is the target. For prom (book by January), Cowboys season openers (book by July), the State Fair of Texas (book by August), and New Year's Eve (book by October), those windows close earlier because DFW-wide demand competes for the same vehicle supply. For corporate events and weddings with a fixed date, the earlier you call, the better your options.
Call 214-919-0138 right now to check availability for your date.
Popular Carrollton Party Bus Destinations
A Carrollton party bus itinerary can reach every corner of the DFW Metroplex and beyond. The destinations below are where our groups head most — each one comes with the local logistics detail that makes the difference between a smooth arrival and a scramble at the gate.

AT&T Stadium
AT&T Stadium (1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011) is home to the Dallas Cowboys, the Cotton Bowl Classic, and stadium-scale concerts and FIFA World Cup 2026 matches — capacity over 80,000, making it one of the largest domed stadiums on earth. From Carrollton, the most direct route runs southwest on I-35E to SH-183 West into Arlington, a 30-mile drive that takes 35 minutes under normal conditions and 75 or longer on a Sunday-night game. Charter bus drop-off for events uses the designated oversized vehicle lanes on the north side of the stadium campus near the AT&T Plaza.
All parking requires pre-purchased passes — none are sold day-of at the gates. The Blue Lot and other premium areas sell out weeks in advance for playoff games and major events. We recommend verifying current parking assignments and road-closure plans on the official AT&T Stadium parking page before your visit.
Address: 1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011
Phone: (817) 892-4000

American Airlines Center
American Airlines Center (2500 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX 75219) is the home of the Dallas Stars and Dallas Mavericks — a 19,200-seat arena in the Victory Park neighborhood, directly off the DNT at Woodall Rodgers Freeway. From Carrollton, the ride down the DNT is 20 miles and runs about 25 minutes without traffic. The arena's Victory Park parking garage charges $30–$40 on event nights and fills within 90 minutes of doors opening, which means late arrivals are redirected to surface lots a 10-minute walk from the entrance.
Charter bus drop-off is curbside on Victory Ave near the main entrance on the south side of the building. DART's Green and Orange lines serve Victory Station directly adjacent to the arena, but charter buses cut out the transfer entirely. We recommend checking the official American Airlines Center parking page for current event-day protocols.
Address: 2500 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX 75219
Phone: (214) 222-3687

Globe Life Field
Globe Life Field (734 Stadium Dr, Arlington, TX 76011) is the home of the Texas Rangers — a 40,300-seat retractable-roof ballpark that opened in 2020, sitting directly adjacent to AT&T Stadium in the Arlington Entertainment District. From Carrollton, the route mirrors the Cowboys trip: I-35E southwest to SH-183 West, about 30 miles and 35–40 minutes in light traffic. The Rangers parking lots open two hours before first pitch, and the closest lots along Stadium Drive sell out on Friday-night games and Opening Day.
Charter buses are directed to the oversized vehicle section in Lot B off Stadium Drive — pre-purchase required through the Rangers website, as no parking is sold at the gate on event days. The July Texas heat at a day game makes the climate-controlled bus ride back far more pleasant than a 20-minute walk from a remote lot. Check the official Globe Life Field parking guide for current lot assignments before your visit.
Address: 734 Stadium Dr, Arlington, TX 76011
Phone: (817) 533-1972

Dos Equis Pavilion (Fair Park)
Dos Equis Pavilion (1818 1st Ave, Dallas, TX 75210) is an outdoor amphitheater inside Fair Park with a seated capacity of approximately 7,200 and a lawn that brings total attendance to 20,000 for large shows. It is the Dallas stop for major summer tours — country, hip-hop, and Latin acts rotate through from May through September. From Carrollton, the route runs south on I-35E and east on I-30 or south on the DNT to downtown, then across to Fair Park — about 25 miles and 30–35 minutes without traffic, but I-30 eastbound near downtown Dallas backs up badly on concert nights.
Fair Park parking uses lots scattered across the 277-acre campus; charter buses are directed to the designated commercial vehicle area near the auto gate on Parry Avenue. Post-show exits from Fair Park can take 40 minutes or longer as 20,000 fans funnel onto a limited street grid. A charter bus waits inside the lot and moves when cleared, which is consistently faster than waiting for rideshare in the general pickup area.
Check the Fair Park parking page for current event-night protocols.

Klyde Warren Park
Klyde Warren Park (2012 Woodall Rodgers Fwy, Dallas, TX 75201) is a 5.2-acre deck park built over the Woodall Rodgers Freeway in the heart of Dallas's Arts District — the go-to gathering spot for the Dallas community, hosting free concerts, food truck festivals, yoga events, and the Dallas Fall Foliage Festival and holiday programming from October through December. From Carrollton, the DNT runs directly into the park's neighborhood, about 20 miles south. Street parking around the Arts District is metered and vanishes fast on event days; the nearby Perot Museum garage fills within an hour of large events.
Charter bus drop-off works best along Olive Street or Flora Street, with the bus waiting on Woodall Rodgers or nearby surface streets during your visit. Klyde Warren is also a natural anchor stop on a broader Dallas evening itinerary — start with a free concert at the park before heading to a dinner reservation in Uptown or a show at the Winspear Opera House across the street. No admission, no parking cost for the park itself.
The city's Klyde Warren Park visitor page has current event schedules and parking suggestions.

Grapevine Main Street Wine Trail
The Grapevine Main Street Wine Trail puts eight tasting rooms within easy walking distance of each other along Historic Main Street in Grapevine, Texas — Sloan & Williams Winery, Messina Hof Winery, Cross Timbers Winery, Delaney Vineyards, and others all operate tasting rooms within a few blocks of each other. Grapevine sits about 20 miles west of Carrollton on SH-121/Sam Rayburn Tollway, a 25-minute drive under normal conditions. The challenge is the return trip: eight tasting rooms and an afternoon of pours means someone in the group always wishes they could keep going but has to drive.
A Carrollton party bus rental to Grapevine takes care of that entirely — the bus parks in the public lot off Main Street, your group walks the trail at its own pace, and everyone gets back to Carrollton safely. The trail is open year-round but peak weekends in the fall during the Grapevine GrapeFest (September) draw enormous crowds, and Grapevine parking along Main Street becomes extremely tight. Book the bus well ahead of GrapeFest weekend.
See the Grapevine Texas wine trail page for current tasting room hours.
