Find the Right Party Bus for Your Plano Trip
Partybuscarrollton.com is not a bus company. There's no fleet parked in a lot somewhere, and there's no booking desk at a single carrier's office. It's a website — and that distinction is actually great news for you.
Instead of calling company after company, describing your trip from scratch each time, and piecing together quotes that never quite line up side by side, you fill out one form and compare buses, vehicle types, and rates from a network of transportation companies serving Plano, TX all in one place. That means more options, more vehicle sizes, more price points — and a quote in under a minute.
Whether you need a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a bridal party pickup on Legacy Drive, a 25-passenger party bus for a birthday night through Uptown Dallas, or a 56-passenger charter bus for a corporate group heading to a conference at the Plano Centre — Partybuscarrollton.com connects you to options that fit. Call 214-919-0138 any time or use the online quote tool to see pricing for your specific trip in seconds.

Your Plano Party Bus With Popular Amenities
Not every trip to Legacy West calls for the same vehicle, and not every group wants the same ride. Party buses in the 15–50 passenger range typically come equipped with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, and flat-panel TVs — the full entertainment setup for a night out. A minibus is the cleaner pick for corporate shuttles or wedding guest transfers between hotel blocks and venues, with reclining seats, powerful A/C, and overhead storage.
For longer hauls — say, a group heading from Plano down to a concert at Dos Equis Pavilion in Dallas or a game at AT&T Stadium in Arlington — a full-size charter bus adds undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, and WiFi. Amenities vary by vehicle, so the quote tool lets you filter by exactly what you need.

Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. Get Plano Party Bus Prices Online
Plano party bus rental prices depend on vehicle size, the day of the week, and the length of your trip. To give you a planning baseline: a minibus rental in Plano typically runs $200–$250/hour on weekdays and $200–$275/hour on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus generally ranges from $250–$350/hour on weekdays and $275–$375/hour on weekends.
A full charter bus typically falls between $200–$350/hour regardless of day. Per-day rates are available too — check the party bus prices page for the full breakdown by vehicle.

Compare & Find the Right Party Bus in Plano
The honest answer: because you're not limited to one fleet. Partybuscarrollton.com pulls options from a network of transportation providers serving Plano and the broader DFW metro — which means if one company is booked solid on the Saturday of the Toyota Stadium playoff game, there are other options to compare. That kind of flexibility is hard to get when you're calling individual companies one at a time during a 48-hour booking sprint.
The process is straightforward. Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — and in seconds, you'll see available vehicles with pictures and pricing. No account required, no obligation to book on the spot.
If you'd rather talk it through, a support team is reachable every day of the year at 214-919-0138 to walk you through vehicle options, answer questions about specific venues in Plano, and help put together a package that fits your budget and your timeline. Prom coming up? Corporate event next quarter?
Bachelorette weekend in three weeks? The sooner you call, the more options are open to you.
Plano Party Bus Services for Your Event
Partybuscarrollton.com makes it easy to compare group transportation for every kind of trip out of Plano — from DFW airport transfers and corporate shuttles to wedding day transportation, prom night buses, concert shuttles, game day travel, and winery tours. Whatever the occasion, there's a bus in the network ready for it. Call 214-919-0138 to get your group moving!

Plano Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) (2400 Aviation Dr, DFW Airport, TX 75261) sits roughly 25 miles southwest of central Plano — and on a Friday afternoon, that drive on the President George Bush Turnpike and TX-121 can stretch well past an hour before you ever reach ticketing. For groups flying out together, coordinating multiple cars through DFW's terminal layout means arrivals spread across four different roadways, bags on separate curbs, and the inevitable text thread of "which terminal are you at?" A Plano airport charter bus loads everyone at one address, takes one direct route to the departures level, and drops the whole group curbside at the right terminal in one shot.
Arriving groups have the same problem in reverse: cell phone lots, baggage claim delays, and a parking structure charging by the hour. A pre-arranged bus means everyone gathers first, then the vehicle moves — no circling, no surge pricing, no splitting up. Check the DFW airport charter bus guide for terminal-by-terminal logistics, then call 214-919-0138 to set up your airport transfer.

Plano Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Plano bachelor and bachelorette groups almost always end up in Uptown Dallas — the Knox-Henderson strip, McKinney Avenue, or lower Greenville — which puts the night about 20 miles down the Dallas North Tollway from most Plano hotel blocks. On a Friday or Saturday night, that stretch going south is fine; coming back north at 1 or 2 a.m. is a different story entirely, and rideshare surge pricing after last call in Uptown routinely spikes. A Plano party bus rental for a bachelorette night means a set pickup time at the hotel, a drop-off at each venue along the itinerary, and a ride home at whatever hour your group decides to wrap — no surge, no splitting up, no designated driver debate.
Party buses in the 20–40 passenger range come with LED lighting, a Bluetooth sound system, and flat-panel TVs — the pre-party starts the moment everyone boards in Plano. For smaller groups of 10–14, a Sprinter limo keeps things more intimate without sacrificing the vibe. Call 214-919-0138 to check availability for your date!

Plano Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Milestone celebrations in Plano — Sweet 16s, quinceañeras, 30th and 50th birthdays — often pull guests from across Collin County and the broader DFW metro, which means coordination across multiple pickup addresses and a group that needs to arrive together. A Plano birthday party bus rental handles the pickup circuit, keeps the energy building before the venue, and makes the arrival moment — the whole group rolling up at once — exactly as memorable as it should be.
Popular quinceañera and Sweet 16 venues in the Plano area include event halls along Spring Creek Parkway and in the Legacy corridor, along with banquet venues in nearby Richardson and Allen. For a 30- or 40-passenger party bus, rates typically run $300–$375/hour on weekdays and $325–$500/hour on weekends — real pricing for your date takes about a minute to pull up at 214-919-0138.

Plano Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The two biggest concert venues in the DFW area — Dos Equis Pavilion in Dallas and American Airlines Center (2500 Victory Ave, Dallas, TX 75219) — both sit well south of Plano along I-75 and the Dallas North Tollway. Dos Equis Pavilion holds around 20,000 at capacity, and the Fair Park neighborhood around it bottlenecks hard on amphitheater nights — surface lots fill early and rideshare queues after the headliner can run 45 minutes. A Plano concert bus rental means your group loads up before the rush, gets dropped close to the entrance, and has a pickup window already set for after the show instead of scrambling in a parking lot.
For arena shows at American Airlines Center, parking structures nearby top out around $30–$40 per car on major event nights. Split ten people across three cars and the parking alone adds up fast — before gas and tolls on the tollway back north. A single charter bus or party bus from Plano covers all of it at one flat rate.
Call 214-919-0138 to compare options for your concert date!

Plano Corporate Event Transportation
Plano's corporate corridor along the Dallas North Tollway — anchored by the massive campuses of Toyota North America (6565 Headquarters Dr), Liberty Mutual, and FedEx Office — means a steady stream of inter-office shuttles, conference transfers, and client entertainment trips every week. When a company event at the Plano Centre (2000 E Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75074) draws 200+ attendees from multiple DFW hotels, staggered rideshare arrivals and scattered parking become a logistics headache. A Plano corporate charter bus runs a timed shuttle circuit between hotel blocks and the venue entrance, so your team lands together and on schedule.
For smaller executive groups — client dinners in Legacy West, team-building events at Topgolf (3760 Blair Oaks Dr, The Colony), or transfers to The Star in Frisco for a Cowboys facility visit — a Sprinter van or Sprinter limo keeps things sharp without the overhead of a full-size bus. Call 214-919-0138 to set up a corporate account or request a group rate for your next event.

Plano Private Event Transportation Services
Family reunions, church retreats, neighborhood block parties moving to a venue, corporate holiday dinners — Plano private event transportation covers anything that doesn't fit neatly into a category. The common thread is a group that needs to arrive together and doesn't want to manage a parking situation at the other end. Legacy West (7700 Windrose Ave, Plano, TX 75024), the mixed-use complex anchored by Restoration Hardware, high-end restaurants, and a hotel, is one of the most popular private event destinations in Plano — and parking in the Legacy West garage on a Saturday evening is a known headache, with surface lots filling early and valet lines backing up at multiple restaurants simultaneously.
A minibus or charter bus drops your group at the right restaurant entrance and stages nearby for the return trip.
For large-scale private events at the Plano Centre or off-site venues in Allen, McKinney, or Frisco, a fleet of charter buses running a timed shuttle circuit is easy to set up through the quote tool. Call 214-919-0138 and a support team can walk through multi-vehicle logistics with you directly.

Plano Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Collin County's prom calendar stacks up fast — Plano Senior High, Plano East Senior High, Plano West Senior High, and Allen High School all hold proms within roughly the same 5-week window in April and May, and so do half a dozen other schools in nearby Frisco, McKinney, and Allen. That concentration of demand is the whole story. For prom season: book by December.
Waiting until February or March to look for a party bus in Plano for an April prom is how you end up paying peak rates or finding nothing left in the right size range. The price difference between booking in November and booking six weeks out is real — easily $400–$700 on a 4–6 hour rental.
Partybuscarrollton.com makes it easy to see what's available on your school's specific prom date right now, compare vehicle sizes side-by-side, and lock in pricing before the rush. Call 214-919-0138 today — don't wait on this one.

Plano School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Plano ISD operates some of the largest high school campuses in Texas, and field trip logistics at that scale — coordinating buses for 60, 80, or 120 students — are exactly what the charter bus network is built for. A Plano school event charter bus keeps the whole group on one vehicle (or a coordinated fleet of them) instead of relying on a patchwork of parent volunteers and district buses with limited availability.
Popular field trip destinations out of Plano include Perot Museum of Nature and Science (2201 N Field St, Dallas, TX 75201) in downtown Dallas, the Dallas Museum of Art (1717 N Harwood St, Dallas, TX 75201), and the Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary (1 Nature Place, McKinney, TX 75069) just 20 miles north. For student-athlete travel to competitions across DFW, a 56-passenger charter bus with overhead storage handles equipment and gear without a separate cargo vehicle. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — just note it when you request your quote at 214-919-0138.

Plano Sporting Event Transportation
Plano groups heading to major DFW sports venues face a genuine distance problem — AT&T Stadium is 35 miles southwest in Arlington, Globe Life Field is right next door to it, and Toyota Stadium in Frisco is the closest major venue at about 15 miles north. On a Cowboys game day, the I-30/TX-360 interchange near AT&T Stadium locks up hours before kickoff, and stadium parking starts at $30 for the closest lots, with no walkable free option anywhere near the venue. A group of 40 in four cars spends $120 in parking alone before a single ticket is scanned.
A Plano charter bus rental to AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, or Toyota Stadium sidesteps that entirely — one vehicle, one parking situation handled by the bus, and your group stays together from Plano to the gate. Check out the AT&T Stadium bus rental guide, the Globe Life Field guide, and the Toyota Stadium guide for venue-specific drop-off and parking logistics. Call 214-919-0138 to compare game day options!

Plano Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
The wedding venues in and around Plano tend to spread your guest list across a geography problem: hotels clustered near Legacy Drive or the US-75 corridor, ceremony venues in Plano proper, and reception halls sometimes as far as McKinney, Allen, or Frisco. Guests driving themselves between three locations on a Saturday evening — navigating unfamiliar roads, watching the open bar clock — is exactly the scenario a Plano wedding shuttle bus was designed to prevent.
A minibus running a timed loop between the hotel block and the reception venue keeps your guest list moving on your timeline, not theirs. For the wedding party itself, a Sprinter limo or a 20-passenger party bus handles the pre-ceremony circuit in style. Because Plano wedding season peaks from April through October and popular Saturday dates fill months out, locking in your wedding transportation as soon as your venue is confirmed is the move — call 214-919-0138 and get that date secured.

Plano Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The wine country closest to Plano sits in the Grapevine and Southlake corridor — about 30–35 miles west via TX-121 — where tasting rooms and vineyards cluster along the shores of Lake Grapevine. D'Vine Wine of Grapevine (409 S Main St, Grapevine, TX 76051) and the string of tasting rooms along Historic Downtown Grapevine's Main Street give a group a full afternoon of stops within walking distance of each other once the bus drops everyone off. The Grapevine Wine Trail puts several stops within a half-mile radius — very walkable, not at all driveable after the third tasting.
For Plano pub crawls closer to home, the West Plano area around Legacy West has a walkable concentration of bars and restaurants. A Plano party bus for a winery tour or pub crawl keeps the group together at every stop and gets everyone home at the end of the night. Call 214-919-0138 to set up your route!

How much does a party bus cost in Plano?
Plano party bus rental prices vary by vehicle size, day of the week, and trip length. A minibus typically runs $200–$275/hour on weekends; a 25-passenger party bus generally falls between $275–$375/hour on weekends; a full charter bus usually comes in at $200–$350/hour. These are planning ranges — actual pricing for your specific date and itinerary is available in about a minute at 214-919-0138 or through the online quote tool.
See the party bus prices page for the full breakdown.

How many people can a charter bus hold for a Plano group trip?
Charter buses in the network seat up to 56 passengers, making them the right fit for large corporate groups, school field trips, wedding guest shuttles, and full fan sections heading to AT&T Stadium or Globe Life Field. If your group is smaller, minibuses seat 15–35 passengers and party buses range from 15 to 50 — call 214-919-0138 and a support team can help you match your headcount to the right vehicle size.
Can I book a one-way trip — for example, from Plano to DFW Airport?
Yes. One-way trips, round trips, and multi-stop itineraries are all available through the network. Airport transfers from Plano to DFW or Dallas Love Field are a common one-way booking.
When you request your quote, just enter your pickup and drop-off addresses and the form will pull options for your specific route. For multi-stop itineraries like a pub crawl or a winery tour with several stops, call 214-919-0138 so a support team can build that out with you directly.
What's the largest event in Plano I should plan transportation around?
For sheer road and parking impact on groups heading out of Plano, Cowboys home games at AT&T Stadium in Arlington hit hardest — I-30 near the stadium backs up two or more hours before kickoff on major games, and the AT&T Stadium area has no practical public transit alternative from Plano. Locally, the Plano Balloon Festival (held each September at Oak Point Park) draws tens of thousands and congests Spring Creek Parkway and Custer Road on festival weekends. Book transportation for either event at least 6–8 weeks out; Cowboys playoff games need more lead time than that.
How far in advance should I book?
For most events, 4–8 weeks of lead time gives you solid options and competitive pricing. For high-demand dates — prom season (April–May), Cowboys playoff games, New Year's Eve, and the Plano Balloon Festival weekend in September — book 3–6 months out. Prom in particular deserves special urgency: Plano Senior High, Plano East, Plano West, and Allen all compete for the same fleet during the same 5-week window.
Booking in December for an April prom is not early — it's on time. Call 214-919-0138 now to lock in your date.
Popular Plano Party Bus Destinations
Plano groups travel across all of Collin County and deep into Dallas for everything from concerts and games to corporate dinners and day trips. Here are six destinations that come up most often — with the logistics detail that actually matters when you're planning the trip.

Legacy West
Legacy West (7700 Windrose Ave, Plano, TX 75024) is Plano's highest-traffic mixed-use destination — a walkable district of upscale restaurants, hotel properties, and retail anchored by the Toyota North America headquarters campus. On a Saturday evening, the garage off Headquarters Drive fills faster than most visitors expect, and valet lines at multiple restaurants stack up simultaneously. For a group dinner or a pre-event gathering before a night out in Dallas, a minibus drops everyone at the Legacy West pedestrian plaza entrance, stages on Windrose Avenue or the surrounding surface streets, and picks the group back up without the parking scramble.
It's about 3 miles from the US-75/Bush Turnpike interchange — straightforward on a weekday, noticeably congested on weekend evenings.
Address: 7700 Windrose Ave, Plano, TX 75024

Toyota Stadium
Toyota Stadium (9200 World Cup Way, Frisco, TX 75033) is home to FC Dallas and the site of major soccer events, concerts, and college football games — about 15 miles north of central Plano via the Dallas North Tollway. The venue seats around 20,500 and the surrounding Frisco development along the tollway creates significant post-event bottlenecks on Warren Pkwy and Main Street. Parking is available in stadium lots, but those lots drain slowly after sellout events.
A Plano charter bus rental to Toyota Stadium lets your group board pre-event and avoid sitting in the parking lot queue for 45 minutes after the final whistle. For FC Dallas playoff games and major concerts, the lots fill well before kickoff — plan arrivals early. See the Toyota Stadium bus rental guide for current drop-off logistics.
Address: 9200 World Cup Way, Frisco, TX 75033 | Phone: (214) 705-6700

The Star in Frisco
The Star in Frisco (1 Cowboys Way, Frisco, TX 75034) is the Dallas Cowboys' world headquarters and training facility — and for fans, a legitimate pilgrimage destination that draws group visits year-round. The complex includes Ford Center at The Star (an enclosed practice facility and event venue), a hotel, retail, and restaurants. On Cowboys-adjacent event days, Cowboys Way and the adjacent Frisco Square streets fill quickly.
A Plano group bus to The Star drops everyone at the main complex entrance with no parking structure to navigate, which matters more when you're carrying Cowboys fans who want to walk straight to the merchandise and interactive exhibits. Visit the Star in Frisco bus rental guide for approach and parking specifics.
Address: 1 Cowboys Way, Frisco, TX 75034 | Phone: (972) 497-4000

Perot Museum of Nature and Science
The Perot Museum of Nature and Science (2201 N Field St, Dallas, TX 75201) in the Victory Park neighborhood of downtown Dallas is about 20 miles south of Plano via US-75 — and Victory Park, sitting adjacent to American Airlines Center, has one of the more compact parking situations in Dallas. The museum's main entrance fronts Field Street, with the nearby parking structure on Museum Way. For school groups or family trips with 20–40 people, a minibus from Plano is far simpler than managing multiple cars through the Victory Park one-way street grid.
Bus drop-off on Field Street puts the group steps from the entrance. Check the official Perot Museum directions and parking page before your visit to confirm current group logistics.
Address: 2201 N Field St, Dallas, TX 75201 | Phone: (214) 428-5555

Dos Equis Pavilion
Dos Equis Pavilion (3839 S Fitzhugh Ave, Dallas, TX 75210) sits inside Fair Park in East Dallas — about 25 miles south of Plano via US-75 to I-30 — and holds up to 20,000 at full capacity for summer amphitheater shows. Fair Park has on-site surface lots, but the neighborhood around the venue is a known bottleneck after major shows, with a single primary exit funnel onto First Avenue and Parry Avenue that backs up badly. Rideshare pickups after the headliner run 30–50 minutes on sellout nights, and the Fair Park area doesn't have the walkable taxi or transit options that downtown venues do.
A Plano concert bus rental means a pre-arranged pickup window at the lot rather than standing in that queue. Check the Dos Equis Pavilion bus rental guide for current drop-off detail.
Address: 3839 S Fitzhugh Ave, Dallas, TX 75210 | Phone: (214) 421-1111

Oak Point Park & Nature Preserve
Oak Point Park & Nature Preserve (2801 E Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75074) is Plano's largest park at over 800 acres and the home of the annual Plano Balloon Festival each September — one of the largest balloon festivals in the Southwest, drawing 100,000+ visitors over its three-day run. During balloon festival weekends, Spring Creek Parkway and Custer Road experience significant congestion, and the park's surface lots fill before the first inflation. Groups heading to the festival, corporate picnics, or team-building events at Oak Point do far better arriving on a charter bus or minibus than fighting for one of the parking spots that disappear by mid-morning.
The park also hosts large private events and corporate outings year-round — a bus keeps the group together and eliminates the post-event parking lot scatter.
